摘　　要：When strength of composite and fly ash cement is tested by ISO method, all requirementfor all materials are met, except proportion of cement and water at 0.5 the test specimen is notshaped. So it is suggested to revise the fixed cement and water proportion for these two kind ofcement, i.e. to tentatively increase proportion of cement & water according to the fluidity of gelsand.When strength of composite and fly ash cement is tested by ISO method, all requirementfor all materials are met, except proportion of cement and water at 0.5 the test specimen is notshaped.
