摘　　要：本文从理论上研究了在不同的背景西风条件下阻塞胚胎与局地天气尺度波之间的相互作用。结果发现合适的弱西风对阻塞的形成是至关重要的 ,较强的背景西风不利于阻塞的形成。同时局地天气尺度波的位置也起着重要作用。In this paper, the interaction between incipient block and localized synoptic scale eddies under different background westerly wind is investigated. It is found theoretically that a moderate, weak background westerly wind is an important factor for block onset. Strong basic flow is not in favour to the formation and maintenance of blocking. In addition, the location of synoptic scale eddies is also important.
