摘 要:控制拱坝的裂缝是拱坝设计中必须认真解决的问题 ,而消除施工期水化热温升的不利影响 ,是碾压混凝土高拱坝设计中的关键。为此 ,结合沙牌碾压混凝土拱坝的设计研究及应用经验 ,提出了以预制混凝土重力式模板成缝技术和碾压混凝土预埋高密度聚乙烯冷却水管降温技术为基础的碾压混凝土高拱坝设计新方法。这种方法适合碾压混凝土高拱坝特点 ,较好地解决了碾压混凝土高拱坝设计的关键问题 ,其设计思想明确 ,能使碾压混凝土高拱坝设计规范化。The crack control of arch dam is one of problems that should be seriously solved in the design of arch dam. To remove the unfavorable impact caused by the temperature rise of hydration heat during the construction period is key to the design of high RCC arch dam. For this reason, in combination with the design, study and application experience of Shapai RCC Arch Dam, this paper puts forward a new design method of high RCC arch dam based on the joint forming technology of gravity type pre cast concrete formwork and the temperature reduce technology of pre buried high intensity polyethylene cooling water pipe in roller compacted concrete. Such new method is suitable to the characteristics of high RCC arch dam and can well solve the key problem of the design of high RCC arch dam. Its design thought is clear and can bring the design of high RCC arch dam into standardization.
