摘　　要：通过对铁岗水库生态敏感区法定图则编制过程中所遇到的种种问题的分析,提出了调整产业结构、局部易地发展、公众参与、政府经济扶持等保护水源及促进区内居民合理发展的策略,对城市中“生态敏感区”的保护与开发对策作出探讨。Through analysis of the pos-sible problems appeared in the courseof compiling of the statutory plan ofTiegang Reservoir eco-sensitive area,some strategies of protecting watersource and accelerating reasonable de-velopment of residential quarters in thearea,such as adjust industrial stru-cture,public participation,governmentfinancial support,etc. have been putforward. Counter measures for protec-tion and exploitation to the eco-sensitivearea in the city has also been discussed.
