摘 要:利用超薄平板聚丙烯酰胺等电聚焦技术对陕西板栗 4个实生居群、8个酶系统的 2 0个位点进行了遗传多样性及遗传结构分析。结果表明 :4个居群中以宝鸡居群遗传多样性最高 ,其 P为 80 .0 % ,Ho、He分别为 0 .478和 0 .343。4个居群的居群遗传分化度 Gst为 6.2 % ,平均总遗传多样性为 0 .3372 ,总遗传多样性的 93.8%属于居群内的遗传变异。聚类分析结果表明 ,以秦岭为界可以分为秦岭以南与秦岭以北Genetic variability and genetic structure of 4 national chestnut populations in Shaanxi of China was investigated using isoelectric focusing in thin layer polyarcylamide slab gels at 20 loci coding for 8 enzyme systems.The result showed that the highest genetic diversity of 4 populations is Bao Ji.The percentage of polymorphic loci (P) of it was 80.0%.The direct count hetrozygosity(Ho) and the expected heterozygosity(He) were 0.478 and 0.343 respectively.Genetic differentiation in 4 populations was 6.2%.The total average diversity was 0.3372,about 93.8% of genetic variation was attributed within populations.The result of UPGAMA showed that the southern of Qinling and the northern of Qinling can be seemed as two divided national region with appreciably difference of chestnut.
