摘　　要：农杆菌渗入法 (Agroinfiltration)是近几年发展起来的一项快速、高效、重复性好的植物瞬间基因表达系统 ,已应用于外源基因表达分析、防卫反应、基因沉默、启动子分析及分离新的防御基因等领域。介绍了Agroinfiltration的原理、技术及其在植物分子生物学研究中的应用 ,并结合我们的经验介绍了对该项技术的改进。Agroinfiltration is a newly developed plant transient gene expression technique, which is simple, rapid and reproducible. It has been widely used in analyses of foreign gene expression, hypersensitive reaction, gene silencing, promoter activity and identification of new disease-resistance genes. In this paper, we describe the principle and the operation procedure of Agroinfiltration and its application in diverse aspects of plant molecular biology research. Our experiences in modification of the Agroinfiltration technique are also provided.
