摘  要:在总结分析前人实验方法的优缺点基础上 ,在国内首次建成了超急速爆发实验台 ,其特点如下 :加热和测温信号互不干扰 ,温度测量频响快、精度高 ,且避免了测量滞后 ,温度测量动态响应时间小于 1μs ;采用高压电火花放电技术 ,高速照相速度快 ;采用了汽泡轮廓清晰并可以研究整个过程以及光源强度要求低的侧照方式 .照相最高放大倍数可达 10 0倍 ,研究范围为 1~ 90 0 μs .The first experimental system of extremely rapid transient explosive boiling is established on the basis of analyzing both the strong and weak points of the experiments carried out by the senior. This system is superior in many ways to other ones. The signals of specimen heating and temperature measuring don′t disturb mutually. The response time of temperature measurement is far short, the measuring accuracy is very high and it is free from the measuring delay. The speed of photography is extremely fast, and the time range available for taking high-speed picture is large (about 1~900 μs). The side-lighting style is adopted because it can get high-fidelity view of vapor bubbles and reduce the intensity requirement of light resource, furthermore, the whole process including vapor bubbles formation, growth and departure can be studied. The response time of temperature measurement is less than 1 μs.
