摘　　要：本文采用福州地区法医门诊 2 0 0 1年受理的 482 9例活体损伤法医学鉴定资料 ,对损伤程度与致伤物及致伤部位的关系进行统计分析 ,并结合案例对《人体重伤鉴定标准》与《人体轻伤鉴定标准 (试行 )》存在的鉴定时限不明确、个别鉴定标准不完善等问题进行探讨 。The relation between injury degree and injury-causing objects/the injured parts of body is analyzed, the issues such as time limit for identification and the improvement of some identification standard in 'the Identification Standard of Human Body Heavy Injury' and 'The Identification Standard of Human Body Light Injury (Proposed)' are discussed and some suggestion is made through 4829 cases of living injury accepted by the forensic clinics in Fuzhou during the whole year of 2001.
