摘  要:目的 探讨老年妇女髋部骨折与髋部骨密度 (BMD)和股骨近端几何结构的关系。方法 髋部骨质疏松骨折的妇女 5 7例和无骨折妇女 6 0例。测量腰椎、股骨近端骨密度及股骨颈轴长(FNAL)、颈干角 (NSA) (髋部骨折组对其健侧进行检测 ) ,比较、提示彼此间的相关性。结果 老年妇女髋部骨折患者与对照组比较 :股骨近端骨密度明显降低 ,FNAL长于对照组 ,NSA较对照组大。结论 股骨近端骨密度和FNAL及NSA可以提高对老年妇女髋部骨质疏松骨折危险性的预测。Objective To investigate the relationship of hip fracture and femoral neck bone mineral density(BMD) and proximal femur geometry.Methods There were 57 patients with hip fractures in whom measurements were taken in the contralateral hip.Controls were 60 cases.All of them were determined by dual energy X ray absorptiometry.Measurements of femoral neck BMD,spinal BMD,femoral neck axis length and neck shaft angle were analyzed.Results Femoral neck BMD was significantly lower,and neck shaft angle was significantly higher and femoral neck axis length was significantly bigger in fracture case than in controls.Conclusion The use of a combination of femoral BMD,FNAL and NSA may improve hip fracture risk predictions.
