活血养阴法为主治疗真性红细胞增多症10例临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察以活血养阴法为主治疗真性红细胞增多症(Polycythemiavera,PV)的临床疗效。方法:根据PV存在血瘀、瘀热伤阴的病机,应用以活血养阴为主的治疗方法治疗10例PV患者。结果:临床缓解7例,好转3例。治疗后患者的Hb、RBC、HCT、WBC、BPC和NAP均显著降低(P<0.05或P<0.01),肝肾功能无损害,骨髓象改善,皮肤粘膜红紫、头痛、出血等主症积分亦显著降低(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论:以活血养阴为主治疗PV疗效肯定。Objective:To observe the curative effect of activating blood circulation and nourishing yin (ABNY) for polycythemia vera (PV).Methods:Considering that blood-stasis and stagnated heat damaging yin as the pathogenesis of PV,10 cases of PV were treated with method of ABNY.Results:After treatment,cases were clinically relieved and 3 cases improved.Hb,RBC,HCT,WBC,BPC and NAP were markedly decrease(P < 0.05 or P < 0.01),the function of liver and kidney was normal,the bone marrow picture was improved,and the scoring of reddish-purple os skin and mucosa,headache and bleeding were markedly decreased (P < 0.05 or P < 0.01. Conclusion:The effect of ABNY therapy for PV is definite.
