摘  要:为了探讨一个神经元同时受到免疫、神经、内分泌物质调节的可能性 ,在大鼠舌下神经核的两张相邻切片上 ,一张切片用 PAP法与 SABC法相结合 ,显示白细胞介素 2受体 (IL- 2 R)和孕激素受体 (PR) ,另一张用 SABC法显示代谢型谷氨酸 5亚型受体 (m Glu R5)。结果表明 ,在舌下神经核的 IL - 2 R/ PR双标切片上 ,可见 3类阳性反应细胞 :IL -2 R免疫反应单标细胞 ,PR免疫反应单标细胞 ,IL- 2 R/ PR免疫反应双标细胞 ,后者约占舌下神经核阳性反应细胞的4 5 %。在另一张相邻的显示 m Glu R5的切片上 ,有较多的免疫反应阳性细胞。将两张相邻切片的照片进行对合检查证明 ,在大鼠舌下神经核存在 IL- 2 R/ PR/ m Glu R5三类物质受体共存的神经元 ,它们约占 IL- 2 R/ PR双标细胞总数的 2 5 %。提示免疫、神经。In order to explore the possibility that the neuron was simultaneously regulated by immune neuro endocrine substances, interleukin 2 receptor (IL 2R), progesterone receptor (PR) and metabotropic glutamate receptor subunit 5 (mGluR 5) in hypoglossal nucleus of rats were investigated by immunohistochemical staining technique (two adjacent sections, one for IL 2R and PR, another for mGluR 5 ). The method of PAP combined with SABC was used in double immunocytochemical staining section for IL 2R and PR and the SABC method was used for mGluR 5 single labeling section. The results showed that there were three kinds of immunoreactive (ir) positive cells: IL 2R ir single labeled cells, PR ir single labeled cells, IL 2R/PR ir double labeled cells which accounted for about 45 % of the labeled cells in IL 2R/PR double labelling section. In another adjacent section, there were many mGluR 5 ir positive cells. It was identified that there was coexistence of IL 2R/PR/mGluR 5 in same neurons of hypoglossal nucleus of rat by the corresponding check of the photos of two adjacent sections. The neurons with coexistence of the three receptors accounted for about 25 % of total IL 2R/PR double labeled neurons. The results suggest that immune neuro endocrine substances might commonly regulate neuronal function by corresponding receptors which coexisted in same neurons.
