摘  要:为了探讨 γ-干扰素 (IFN- γ)对沙眼衣原体感染的细胞培养的影响 ,采用不同浓度 IFN- γ作用于沙眼衣原体感染的子宫颈癌细胞 (He L a) ,用透射电镜观察 He L a细胞内原体 (EB)和网状体 (RB) ,同时用反相高效液相色谱法(HPL C)测定细胞内色氨酸的浓度。结果显示 :不同浓度 IFN- γ作用下细胞内沙眼衣原体的 EB和 RB形态及数量不同 ,中浓度的 IFN- γ作用下胞内 EB和 RB轻度减少 ,高浓度的 IFN- γ作用下明显减少 ,沙眼衣原体生长受到抑制。且随IFN- γ浓度升高 ,细胞色氨酸浓度降低 ,二者呈负相关 ,提示 :IFN-In order to investigate the effect of IFN γ on HeLa cells infected by trachomatous chlamydozoan, the HeLa cells with trachomatous chlamydozoan infection were treated with different concentrations of IFN γ. EB and RB in the host cells were observed under transmission electron microscopy. Meanwhile, the content of tryptophan in the host cells was assayed by reversed phase high performance liquid chromatography. The result demonstrated that the numbers and forms of EB and RB of trachomatous chlamydozoan treated with different concentrations of IFN γ varied. Under the effect of moderate concentration of IFN γ, the amount of EB and RB in cytoplasm was lightly decreased. Under high concentration of IFN γ, the amount of EB and RB in cytoplasm was obviously decreased and the multiplication of trachomatous chlamydozoan has been inhibited. The content of tryptophan was decreased with the concentration of IFN γ being increased. It implied that IFN γ can inhibit multipliction of trachomatous chlamydozoan in the infected cells.
