血脂康对2型糖尿病并高脂血症的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的　观察血脂康对 2型糖尿病合并高脂血症患者的调脂作用及对血浆内皮素 - 1 (ET1 )、 2 4小时尿白蛋白排泄量的影响。方法　 2型糖尿病合并高脂血症患者应用血脂康治疗 1 6周 ,0 6g/次、 2次 /d。测定服药前和服药后的血脂、ET1 、 2 4小时尿白蛋白排泄量 ,并测定对照组、 2型糖尿病血脂正常组的血浆ET1 、 2 4小时尿白蛋白排泄量。结果　 2型糖尿病并高脂血症患者血脂各指标治疗前后比较 ,TC、TG、LDL -C、LP (a)间的差别均有显著性意义 (P <0 0 5) ;治疗前 3组血浆ET1 及 2 4小时尿白蛋白排泄量间的差别均有显著性意义 (P<0 0 1 ) ;2型糖尿病并高脂血症患者血脂康治疗前后ET1 间的差别有显著性意义 (P <0 0 1 )。结论　血脂康具有调脂及减少血浆ET1 的作用。Objective To evaluate the effect of Xuezhikang on type 2 diabetes patients with hyperlipidemia and its effect on plasma endothelin level.Methods The patients in type 2 diabetes with hyperlipidemia took Xuezhekang for 16 weeks,0.6g once,twice a day. The content of blood lipid,endothelin and 24_hour urine albumin in type 2 diabetes with hyperlipidemia group were measured before and after treatment with Xuezhikang for 16 weeks,the content of plasma endothelin and 24_hour urine albumin in control group and type 2 diabetes with normal blood lipid group were measured respectively.Results There were significant differences in the content of TC,TG,LDL-C,LP(α) between before and after treatment(P<0 05).There were significant differences in plasma endothelin and 24_hour urine albumin among three groups before the treatment(P<0 01).There was significant difference in the content of endothelin for type 2 diabetes patients with hyperlipidemia between before and after the treatment(P<0 01).Conclusion Treatment with Xuezhikang for 16 weeks could regulate blood lipid and lower plasma endothelin level of type 2 diabetes with hyperlipidemia.
