摘 要:为将危及安全生产的事故苗头消灭在工艺生产过程的源头,力争把对环境的影响降到最低限度,彻底解决省煤器灰斗膨胀,确保省煤器落灰管畅通,系统安全可靠运行,以吴泾第二发电厂八期扩建工程2×600MW机组1号炉省煤器输灰管改造应用实例为背景,通过优化输灰管路布置;为飞灰系统性能考核试验提供可靠的设备保证,现提出对省煤器输灰区域综合改造的总体设计方案,并付之实现。系统经设计改进后,运行效果显著提高。In order to eliminate the symptom of failure likely to endanger the safe production at the source of technological produc-tion process,strive to minimize the impact on environment ,ensure the safe and reliable operation of system,Wujing No.2Power Plant ,with the retrofit of economizer's ash-conveying pipings of No.1600MW boiler of its eighth phase extension project as the background,through optimizing the configuration of ash-conveying pipings,newly erecting repairing plat form and improving the inspection tour and maintenance quality of repairing repairing staff and workers,so as to provide the reliable equipment guarantee for the performance examination and testing of fly ash system,put forward the overall design plan of comprehensive retrofit of economizer's ash-conveying area and implemented it,with the operation performance obviously improved.
