摘　　要：目的　探讨重组CTLA4Ig蛋白延长烧伤创面异基因移植皮肤存活情况。方法　在大鼠背部烧伤创面移植人断层皮肤 ,观察术后不同时间给予不同剂量rhCTLA4Ig对移植皮肤存活情况的影响。 结果　rhCTLA4Ig能一定剂量依赖性延长大鼠烧伤创面移植人断层皮肤的存活时间 ,且存活时间及病理学检查均发现术后 2 4h给药较术后立即给药效果更好。Objective To observe the effect of recombinant CTLA4Ig on the survival time of xenoskin graft on burn wound.Methods In the model of xeno skin grafting from human to rat, different dosages of rhCTLA4Ig were administered at either hour 0 or 24 post transplantation, the survival time and biopsy of grafted skins were observed.Results rhCTLA4Ig could prolong the survival time of grafted human skin on rat burn wound at a dose dependent manner to some extent.Interestingly, it was found that a better result was obtained if adminition of rhCTLA4Ig was at hour 24 post transplantation.Conclusion Recombinant CTLA4Ig could be used to prolong the survival time of the grafted heterogenitic skin on burn wound.
