摘　　要：本文描述了苜蓿根(?)苗的发生、发展规律和表现时间,以及品种间和无性系间根(?)苗的发生率和伸展范围.The paper described the appearance, spread, appearance time of creeping—rooted plants. and appearance rate of creeping—rooted plants and spread extent within varieties and within clones. Stands grow on uncertain site of creeping roots below soil surface. Appearance of stands need several years in semi—arid of northeast part of keerxin grassland. but stands mainly appear in the third and second year. Rate of creeping—rooted plants and extent show greatly differerent between varieties and between clones. Even if the clones from the original plants which has strongly creeping—rooted character appear no 100% offsprings with creeping roots, it prove that small enviremental factors is important. The highest density of stand appear the centre of distsnce from the original plants, lower density sppear in nearer and farther distence from the original plants.
