参麦汤、锌硒宝治疗病毒性心肌炎的临床观察

摘　　要：目的 :探讨参麦汤、锌硒宝对病毒性心肌炎的疗效。方法 :治疗组6 0例 ,采用参麦汤、锌硒宝治疗 4周 ;对照组 45例 ,静滴肌酐、辅酶A、维生素C 2个疗程。结果 :治疗组总有效率 96 % ,对照组 88% ,两组差异有显著性(P <0 0 1)。结论 :参麦汤、锌硒宝具有增加心肌营养、改善心肌代谢的作用 。Objective:To investigate therapeutic effect on virus myocarditis by ginseng malt mash and zinc selemicum.Method:60 cases in treatment group,accepted ginseng malt mash and zinc selemium,for four weeks;In control group,46 cases,accepted creatine,coenzym A ,Vitamin C,for 2 therapeutic proc^ess.Result:Common effective rate in treatment group is 96%,with 88% in control(P<0.01). Conclusion:Ginseng malt mash and zinc selemium can improve cardiac muscle nutriention and their metabolism,and enhance immmunobility.
