无功能性肾上腺肿物13例的超声诊断

摘　　要：本文通过13例无功能性肾上腺肿物超声检查的分析,指出超声检查发现肾上腺占位性病变,而临床及实验室检查肾上腺功能无异常时,应考虑本病存在的可能,其声象图与病理密切相关。文中还讨论了误诊原因及其鉴别诊断的方法,认为超声检查应做为本病的首选及随诊检查方法。13 cases of nonfunctioning adrenal masses examined with ultrasound were proved by operation and pathology. If adrenal occupied lesions found by ultrasound with all its functions normal, possiblly they are nonfunctioning adrenal masses. There was relationship between the images and histology of nonfunctioning adrenal masses. The cause of misdiagnosis and the differentiation from other lesions were discussed. Finally, we suggested that US may be the first selective and the follow-up method for diagnosis of nonfunctioning adrenal masses.
