摘　　要：35例川崎病性冠状动脉瘤经二维超声心动图(2DE)5年随访,观察其发生、发展及转归,并认为诊断川崎病性冠状动脉瘤首选2DE。This article reported 35 cases of MCLS with coronary artery aneurysm that had been followed up and researched for five years by 21)E. By observing the course of generation evolution and dissipation of MCLS with coronary Artery aneurysm, it is proved that 2DE is the first method of choice for diagnosing this disease.
