术中注水超声显象法在胆总管探查术中的应用

摘　　要：在20例因胆道梗阻行胆总管探查术的患者中,应用术中超声显象术(简称IOUS)加胆道注水的方法,能够清晰地显示整个胆道是否通畅,发现胆道残余结石以及胆道内外的肿块,能够纠正术前B超诊断的错误,较X线术中胆道造影(IOCG)有更多的优点。本文介绍了术中注水超声显象的方法和声象图表现。作为一种新的诊断技能,具有准确性高,特异性强、和指导手术的意义,值得推广。The intraoperative ultrasonography by water flow was made in 20 patients with common bile disease. This technique can display the whole common bile duct to know whether it is normal or not, can discover the residual stone within it, can reveal if any mass causing obstraction, can correct the diagnosis if preoperatively made wrong. It is better than intraoperative cholangiography. This paper presents the method of examination and the echographic findings of our patients. As a new technique, it has many advantages such as superior diagnostic accuracy, favourable image quality, and reduced invasiveness.
