摘 要:这篇文章设计了一种新式错流填充柱 ,这种柱和同样柱直径、柱高和冲洗液流面的错流柱相比较 ,有更小的宽度却有更大的气流面积 .该新式错流柱和同样条件的对流柱在分离水和乙醇的研究情况表明 :每理论阶的气相压力降在新式错流柱中比对流柱明显更低 .一个用“数字转移单位”技术的方法被用来模拟新式九阶错流柱 .This paper develops a novel cross-flow cascade packed column. The column has a smaller width of packing in the direction of the gas flow compared with a conventional cross-flow device with identical column diameter, stage height, and cross-sectional area for the irrigating liquid flows. The performance comparisons of the novel cross-flow cascade packed column with a counter-current packed column for stripping ethanol from water indicate that the gas-phase pressure drop per theoretical stage in the novel cross-flow column is significantly lower than that in a countercurrent packed column operation under identical conditions. A methodology is developed for modeling the novel nine-stage cross-flow cascade packed column by using the ' number of transfer unit' technique. This method is demonstrated by experimental data on ethanol-water.
