摘　　要：我们在9只开胸狗,经周围静脉分别注射三种不同的声振造影剂(50％葡萄糖、20％白蛋白、50％葡萄糖加3％双氧水3ml,血液3滴)进行左心造影。取四腔图观察左心显影情况。87次经周围静脉注射.左心显影85次(97.71％)。三种造影剂在肺转运时间、左心显影持续时间、左室显影面积百分比三方面均无显著性差异(P>00.5)。85次成功注射中,18次肉眼观察心肌显影情况,心肌显影未见明显增强。To investigate the left-side contrast echocardiography (LSCE), three sonicated agents which include 20% human albumin,50% glucose and a mixture of 50% glucose and 3% hydrogen peroxide, were used for peripheral venous injetion. The left-side contrast effect was observed on the apical four chamber view. Contrast echo appeared in left-side of heart in 85(97.7%) of the 87 peripheral venous injections. The pulmonary transit time, time of persistence of contrast and percentage of contrast area of left ventricle, all showed no statistically significant difference among these three agents. Myocardium was not enhanced in 18 of the 85 venous injections succeeded, as observed by the naked eye.
