多普勒超声与移植肾活检对比诊断急性排斥反应的研究

摘　　要：本文报告我院自1989年10月至1990年2月,采用多普勒超声对54例尸体肾移植患者,自术后第2天起行移植肾动脉血流检查。根据移植肾动脉阻力指数、血流速度、血流时间及血流图象改变诊断急性排斥反应,并与移植肾活检对照,其敏感性和特异性分别为91.11％和93.75％。证明它是一种可靠、快速、重复性好,无创的诊断方法。Duplex Doppler scanning was performed on 54 cadaveric renal graft recipients in our hospital from Oct. 1989 to Feb. 1990. Acute rejection in renal allograft was diagnosed in accordance with resistance index, blood velocity, blood flow time of renal artery and Doppler signal. The Duplex Doppler diagnoses were identified by graft biopsy and clinical criteria. The sensitivity and specificity are 91.11% and 93.75% respectively. We conclude that the method is reliable, rapid, being able to repeat and noninvasive.
