摘　　要：目的　提高对外伤性迟发性胸腔积液的认识 ,并探讨其发病机制和治疗方法。方法　通过介绍典型病例 ,了解外伤性迟发性胸腔积液的病情演变过程及临床表现。结果　胸部外伤特别是伴有多根肋骨骨折和迟发性胸腔积液密切相关。Objective To deepen one's understanding on the traumatic retardant pleural effusion and to explore the machanism and therapy of the disease.Methods The changes of the disease condition and clinical manifestions of 7 patients with typical traumatic tetardant thoracic cavity effusion were analyzed.Results The retardant thoracic cavity effusion was closely related to the thorax injury,especially with ribs fracture.Conclusion The serious thorax injury easily results in the retardant thoracic cavity effusion.
