副井口装卸载装置改进和性能分析

摘　　要：以煤矿副井口装卸装置为研究对象 ,采用可编程控制器 (简称PLC机 )技术对其进行改造 ,研制的井口液压联动装置应用于副井口的装卸载作业 ,能使信号工集中操作、液压驱动 ,有效地解决了副井口装卸载装置存在的问题 ,加快了提升循环 ,提高副井的提升效率。Taking loading and unloading equipment in auxiliary well as researching object,the hydraulic blocking device has been developed for them with the help of PLC technology,This can make signal worker be able to operate personally,hydraulic driving, and the problems existing in the loading and unloading in auxiuiarywell can be solved efficiently.So the hoisting circle is speeded and the hoisting efficiency is raising.
