摘  要:应用聚苯乙烯二乙醇胺树脂 (PSDEA)催化苄氯与丙酸的酯化反应 ,合成了丙酸苄酯 .研究结果表明 ,聚苯乙烯二乙醇胺树脂具有较高的催化活性 .考察了丙酸 /苄氯摩尔比、催化剂用量和反应时间对酯产率的影响 ,在典型反应条件 (丙酸∶苄氯摩尔比 =1.2 5∶1,16 .7gPSDEA/摩尔苄氯 ,80℃浴温 ,反应 4 .0h)下 ,所得丙酸苄酯的产率为 95 .5 % .该催化剂易于回收且可重复使用。Benzyl propionate was synthesized by esterification of benzyl chloride with propionic acid in the presence of a new polystyrene diethanol amine resin. The results obtained indicate that polystyrene diethanol amine resin possessed a fairly high catalytic activity for the esterification reaction. The effects of propionic acid/benzyl chloride molar ratio, the amount of polystyrene diethanol amine resin catalyst, and reaction time on the yield of benzyl propionate have been investigated. The yield of the ester under the typical reaction conditions (PSDEA: propionic acid: benzyl chloride = 16.7 g: 1.25 mol: 1 mol at 80degreesC for 4.0 h) is 95.5%. Polystyrene diethanol amine resin catalyst can be easily recovered and reused to give almost the same yield of the esterified product as that given by fresh PSDEA.
