中孔分子筛SBA-15作为液相色谱固定相以及在巯基化合物分离中的应用

摘　　要：采用共表面活性剂法合成了孔道结构高度有序、孔径较大且粒径均匀的 SBA-1 5颗粒 ,并在此基础上研究了其作为毛细管液相色谱柱的填料基体的特性 .在 SBA-1 5材料上进行 C1 8官能团化前后 ,分别对 4种巯基化合物即半胱氨酸、谷胱甘肽、多巴胺和C 18 functionalized mesoporous silica SBA 15 with a high surface area was applied in high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC) to separate small biomolecules: cysteine, glutathione, dopamine and 6 thiopurine. Compared to commercial available C 18 column, C 18 SBA 15 has a much higher surface area, which enhances the capillary HPLC resolution by increasing molecular capacity factors. The uniform distributed mesopores in SBA 15 result in HPLC peaks narrower than that of commercial column. Mesoporous SBA 15 can be used as an excellent HPLC stationary phase for special applications for its low cost, easy synthesis and various group modifications.
