摘　　要：介绍了国内外武器装备ATE/ATS标准化的现状及技术发展趋势,并且针对我国的国情提出了发展武器装备ATE/ATS标准化的几点建议。The situation and technology developing trend of weapon equipment ATE/ATS standardiztion in our nation and overseas are introduced in this paper, some advices are given on how to carry out the ATE/ATS standardization of weapon equipment according to the present situation of our nation.
