针刺对急性脑卒中患者心率变异性的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨针刺对急性脑卒中患者心率变异性的影响。方法将99例急性脑卒中患者随机分为观察组49例及对照组50例,观察治疗前及治疗后2周患者心率变异性(HRV)的变化。结果治疗前患者HRV指标均显著降低,右大脑半球梗塞患者HRV降低较左侧梗塞者明显,脑干出血患者与死亡患者HRV差异无显著性;观察组治疗2周后HRV各项时域指标较治疗前明显改善,其改善程度优于对照组。结论针刺对急性脑卒中后HRV降低具有明显的改善作用,说明针刺可调整脑卒中导致的自主神经功能紊乱,预防中枢性心律失常的发生。Objective:To explore the influence of acupunct ure on improving the change of cardiac autonomic nervous activity in stroke patients.Methods :99patients with apoplexy in acute period were di vided into 2groups,the experimenta l group of acupuncture(49cases)and the control group of acupuncture(50cases).The changes of heart rate variabili ty(HRV)were observed before and after 2weeks'treating.Results:After treatment of 2weeks,HRV in the experimental group had a significan t improvement that was superior to th at of the control group.Conclusion:Acupuncture can optimally regulate autonomic nervous dysfunction induced by stro ke and prevent the central arrhythmi a.
