妊娠不同时间肌注碘油对仔鼠脑发育的影响(Ⅱ)

摘　　要：本文采用形态学观察及定量组织学技术分析了妊娠前后不同时间肌注碘油对仔鼠脑发育的影响。结果表明,低碘组(其母鼠末接受碘油)及孕晚注碘组(其母鼠于妊娠晚期接受碘油)生后日龄仔鼠发生体重、脑重明显减轻;大脑皮层厚度变薄,神经细胞密度增加,锥体细胞体积减小;小脑外颗粒层消失延迟以及浦氏细胞减小等变化。而母鼠于孕前,孕早期肌注碘油可以完全纠正缺碘对仔代脑发育所造成的影响。另外,实验中还发现孕晚注碘组仔鼠尽管于生后能从母乳中获得充足的碘供应,但对小脑的发育(主要在生后发育)却没有起到明显的保护作用。推测孕晚期肌注碘油可能对胎鼠甲状腺产生了抑制效应。A study on effects of iodized oil given by injection during pregnancyon brain development of offsprings was conducted in rat,using morphological andquantitative histology techniques.The results showedthat the body weight and brain weight were reduced markedly in 15-day aged rats in low iodine group (the maternalrals didn't receive iodized oil),andin the group with the maternal rats receiving iodized oil at late stageof pregnancy. The quantitative histological findings in cerebrum and cerebellum howed that the thickness of cerebral cortex was decreased,the density of nervous cells was increased,the size of pyramidal cells and purkinje's cells reduced and the disappearance of cerebellar EGL was delayed in above two groups in comparison with the control group.Our results indicated that iodized oil given befor pregnancy and earlier pregnancy could completely correct iodine deficiency in brain development of offsprings.
