摘  要:目的 :探讨梅尼埃病患者耳蜗电图 ( ECoch G)与听觉脑干诱发电位 ( ABR)的关系。方法 :对 5 7例 ( 5 7耳 )梅尼埃病患者及 1 0例 ( 2 0耳 )听力正常青年人的 ABR及 ECoch G进行对比观察。结果 :5 7例梅尼埃病患者中 ,2 5耳 ( 4 3.9% ) 波潜伏期延长 ,1 0耳 ( 1 7.5 % ) 波潜伏期延长。 波的延长多由 波延长向后推移的影响。在中、重度听力损失组 ABR 波潜伏期延长与 ECoch G AP( N1)潜伏期延长均可达 66.7% ,同时 - SP/AP比值加大。结论 :部分梅尼埃病患者 ABR 波潜伏期确有延长 ,而且常伴有 - SP/AP比值加大 ,后者可作为应用 ABR检查法的梅尼埃病辅助诊断指标。Objective:To sutdy the relationship between auditory brainstem reponse (ABR), and the electrocochleogram AP(N 1).Methods:Compare the ABR of 57 patients suffered from menienre′s disease with that of control group.Results:25 ears among the 57 patients (43.9%) had the extent on the wave Ⅰ latency, 10 ears (17.5%) had the extent on the wave Ⅴ latency. The extent of the wave Ⅴ was mostly affected by the backward movement of wave Ⅰ. The extent ratio of wave Ⅰ and AP(N 1) latency was as high as 66.7% among the group with serious hearing loss, the SP/AP latency was increased. Conclusion:There really was extent in the latency of ABR response wave Ⅰ of some Meniere′s patients with the increase in SP/AP. It can be used as a parameter for Meniere′s disease combining with electrocochleogram.
