心肌损伤过程中肉毒硷与游离脂肪酸之间关系的探讨

摘　　要：本文观察了通过大鼠尾静脉给于内毒硷 (L-Carnitine,100mg/Lg/d、连续3日)对异丙基肾上腺素所致大鼠心肌损伤的影响。提示大鼠注射异丙基肾上腺素(ISP)后能显著降低心肌细胞内游离肉毒硷含量,同时使血中游离脂肪酸(FFA)含量明显升高,达正常值的4倍多。预先给大鼠注射 L-Carnitine,能阻止 ISP 降低心肌细胞游离肉毒硷的作用,并能显著降低血中 FFA 的水平,从而在一定程度上保护了心肌细胞。The effects of parenteral administration of L-carnitine,100mg per Kg once aday for 3 days,on isopreterenol-induced carnitine in the myocardium and FFAin the blood of rats were studied.Increase in the FFA due to isopreterenol werenot seen in carnitine-treated rats。Reduces in the carnitine due to isopreterenolwere also reduced by L-carnitine treatment.These observations provide Someevidence that L-carnitine is partially protective against isoproterenol-inducedmyocardial injury.
