缺硒对离体大鼠工作心脏心肌收缩性能的影响

摘　　要：用克山病患区粮饲喂大鼠,使心肌 Se 含量减少,肝脏 GSHpx 活性降低,LPO 含量升高;dp/dt_(max)降低,自然衰竭出现快。向饲料中加硒使上述指标逆转。提示缺硒可使心肌收缩性能减弱。Feeding crops from Keshan disease endemic area could significantiy decreasethe content of Se in myocardium,the activity of GSH px in liver,while elevatethe content of LPO in the liver of rat.On the isolated working hnert from the low GSH-px rats,+dp/dtmax was apparently lower than that from the controlgroup,and the natural failure period appeared apparently earlier in the former.The above results indicated that selenium deficiency might decrease the contractilityof myocardium.
