免疫应答异常在克山病发病中的作用

摘　　要：本文报道了69例慢型和潜在型克山病患者的免疫应答。结果表明慢型克山病惠者 T细胞亚群,总 T 细胞(T_3)和抑制性 T 细胞(Ts)百分率明显下降,Th/Ts 比值显著升高。慢克患者的血清 IgG、循环免疫复合物(CIC)和心脏反应性抗体(HRA)阳性率比对照组明显上升,血清 C_3水平下降。红细胞免疫粘附功能慢克也明显低下。本文对上述结果的临床意义进行了讨论。Immunologic status of 69 cases with chronic and latent Keshan disease was studied.It was found that T cell subpopulation(T_3,Ts)percentage was apparen-tly decreased in patients with chronic Keshan disease,while the rate of T_h/T_sremarkably increased.IgG,CIC levels and positive rate of HRA from the seraof above patients were higher than that in control(P<0.01).C_3 levels of the sera was reduced.A significant reducing of red cell immunological adherentfunction in patients with chronic Keshan disease was also found.The clinicalsignificance of these rusults were discussed.
