摘  要:通过比较分析了testo360烟气分析系统在烟气成分全分析和在线监测性能上的先进性,对4 t/h和10 t/h链条炉烟气成分动态监测分析表明,烟气中SO2与O2浓度的高低峰谷正好相反,而NO与SO2浓度的高低变化趋势则基本相似,同时NO又受到CO浓度变化的影响。探讨了炉型大小对烟气成分的影响。由于工业炉温一般在1 200 ℃以上。The advanced performance of testo360 system in flue gas complete analysis and online monitoring is analyzed by comparison. The dynamic characteristics of flue gas composition are monitored in 4t/h and 10t/h traveling-grate boilers. It is found that the dynamic peak and vales of SO2 concentration are opposite to those of O2. The time trace of NO concentration is similar to that of SO2, but meanwhile it is also affected by CO concentration. For the furnace temperature in industrial boilers is generally above 1200℃, the SO2 concentration in flue gas is mainly determined by the sulfur content in coal and desulfurization technology.
