摘 要:基于接地电阻测量的基础原理 ,讨论了双频原理在测量接地电阻时选择两种频率的测量电源 ,成功地避开了工频环境中干扰信号的影响 ,提高了测量精度。同时确定了两种测量电源频率的最佳频率区间 ,低频电源选 15~ 30Hz ,高频电源选 6 0~ 12 0Hz。最后给出双频原理测量接地电阻的硬件电路的基本框架 ,利用CPU先后产生两种频率的测量信号 ,通过测量单元采集测量值 ,然后计算求出接地电阻。用双变频技术测量接地电阻原理简单 ,消除干扰能力强 ,测量精度高 ,便于实际应用。Dual frequency technique is discussed based on the basic grounding resistance measurement method.In order to eliminate the power frequency interference,two cureent sources with different frequency are used in grounding resistance measurement.The best frequency ranges for the two sources are selected,the lower one is from 15 Hz to 30 Hz and the other is from 60 Hz to 120 Hz.The hardware architecture for implementing the measurement technique is introduced. Two measuring signal sources with different frequency are generated one after another by CPU,the measured values are acquired with the measuring unit and the grounding resistance is then calculated.It shows that this technique is simple and practicable with strong anti interference capability and high measurement accuracy
