摘 要:目的 了解独生子女与非独生子女在智商上的差异性。方法 采用随机分层取样加 1∶1条件配对法确定样本。应用韦氏儿童智力量表对合肥市 2 0 4对独生与非独生子女进行智商的测定。结果 独生子女的总智商、语言智商及操作智商高于非独生子女的总智商、语言智商及操作智商 ,P均 <0 0 1。分项分析发现独生子女在词汇测试 (13 5 1±3 6 2 )、类同测试 (12 16± 3 2 7)和迷津测试 (11 0 5± 2 6 2 )的方面较非独生子女升高 (11 2 9± 3 2 5 ,11 0 2± 2 78,10 2 5± 2 6 7) (P <0 0 5 ) ,而在数学、理解等其他项目上差异无显著性。结论 独生子女智商的整体水平高于非独生子女 ,尤其是言语理解因素方面高于非独生子女。其它分项独生子女的平均分均优于非独生子女 。Objective To studay the difference of intelligence quotient between only children and children with siblings. Methods The randomly stratified sampling and 1∶1 conditional matched pair were used to select subjects. A case control study was used to test 408 children including some only children ( n =204) and the same number of children with sibling ( n =204) in Hefei city, Anhui province. Intelligence of 204 pairs of only children and children with siblings were assessed by Wechsler Preschool and Primary School Child's Scale (WPPSI) and Wechsler Intelligence Scale for Children Ⅲ (WISC Ⅲ). Results Full Scale IQ, verbal IQ and performance IQ of only children were significantly higher than that of children with siblings ( P< 0 01). The only children get more higher scores than children with siblings in glossary, similarity and mazes, however there are no difference between only children and children with siblings in mathematics, knowledge and so on. Conclusion IQ of only children is higher than that of children with siblings, especially the language ability.
