摘 要:研究了不同品种石灰岩与不同性质水玻璃在常温下的反应。Beo=4 5~ 4 8的过渡态水玻璃与低品位石灰岩反应速度较快 ,反应程度较大 ,浆液凝固时间较短 ,能达到一定胶结强度 ,生成水化硅酸钙 (镁 )凝胶产物。可开发为一种新型胶凝材料 ,尤其适合用作灌浆材料。与其他灌浆材料相比 。The reaction between various limestone and 'water glass'of different properties in near ambient temperature has been studied.The result showed that some low-purity limestone and certain 'transitional'concentrated water glass(Be o=45~48) were the better for quicker reaction,shorter setting time and higher cementing strength.The reaction product was identified as some hydrate calcium silicate gel.Therefore,a new type of cementitious material,especially used as a new grout material,has been developed.It is,compared with other current grout materials,a typical'green 'and'environment-friend'material with very low cost and good comprehensive properties.The performances as grout material of limestone and water glass were studied.
