摘 要:基于磁稳定流化床的散式气固悬浮体的特性 ,研究了其构成特点 ,确定了入选物料受床层重介作用的必要条件 ,分析了处于邻近分选下限区域的入选物料的受力情况 ,并从理论上推导出了确定分选下限的关联式 ,指出了其主要参数 ,在 Φ1 0 0 mm磁场流化床模型机上进行了实验 ,结果表明 :磁稳定流化床可以有效地分选煤炭 ,分选精度 (可能偏差 Ep 值 )为 0 .0 5~ 0 .0 8,分选下限达 0 .5 mm.Characteristics of dispersed gas-solid suspension of the magnetically stable fluidized bed and its composition were researched; The necessary conditions under which the feedstock to be separated should be acted by heavy medium of fluidized bed were determined. The forces exerted on a separated feed of which the size was close to the lower limit were analyzed, the correlative formula of determining the lower limit was deduced, and the main parameters was found out. In addition, an experiment was carried out in a 100-mm magnetically fluidized bed model. The results show that the coal can be separated efficiently under a good fluidization state with Ep values of 0.05 to 0.08, the lower limit of separation is about 0.5 mm.
