速消痔灵栓药理作用实验研究

摘　　要：目的:研究速消痔灵栓对痔疮及其并发症的防治作用。方法:采用小鼠热板法及醋酸扭体法观察其镇痛作用。二甲苯致小鼠耳部炎症。0.06%冰醋酸使小鼠腹腔毛细血管通透性增加及蛋清致大鼠足跖肿胀,观察该药的抗炎效果。结果:速消痔灵栓具有较好的镇痛及抗炎作用。结论:该药外用对各种痔疮有较好的防治作用。Objective:The preventive effects of Suxiaozhi l ing Suppository(SS)on hemorrhoid and its compli-cation were studied.Methods :The mouse hot-plate test and acetic a cid torsion were used to observe the a nal-gesic effects of SS.Using the models of the swelling of mouse ear,0.0 6%glacial acetic acid-induced blood capillary permeability of mouse abdominal cavity and rat albumen paw edema,anti-inflammatory effects of SS were evaluat ed.Results:SS has obvious analgesic and anti-in flammatory effects.Conclusio ns:SS has obvi-ous preventive effects on various hemorrhoids.
