摘　　要：目的　探讨血清同型半胱氨酸 (Hcy)、叶酸及维生素 (Vit)B12 水平与冠心病 (CHD)的相关性。方法　应用荧光微粒子发光法 (测定Hcy及VitB12 )及离子捕捉法 (测定叶酸 )检测CHD组 (A组 )、其它心血管疾病组 (B组 )和健康对照组 (C组 )各 30例受检者血清Hcy、叶酸、VitB12 水平。结果　A组血清Hcy含量明显高于B组 (P <0 0 1)及C组 (P <0 0 1) ;A组血清叶酸含量明显低于B组 (P <0 0 1)及C组 (P <0 0 1) ;A组血清VitB12 含量明显低于B组 (P <0 0 5 )及C组 (P <0 0 5 )。结论　血清Hcy水平的升高与CHD可能有明显的关系。叶酸和VitB12Objective To determine the relation of serum homocysteine(Hcy),folic acid and vitamin B 12 with coronary heart disease(CHD).Methods Serum specific Hcy,folic acid and Vitamin B 12 were measured in 30 patients with CHD(group A) and 30 patients with cardiovascular disease(group B) and 30 heathy controls(group C).Results The concentration of serum Hcy in the group A was significantly higher than that of the group B(P<0.01) and the group C(P<0.01).The serum folic acid in the group A was much lower than that of the group B(P<0.01) and the group C(P<0.01).The serum vitamin B 12 in the group A was much lower than that of the group B(P<0.05) and the group C(P<0.05).Conclusion The Hcy level is associated with CHD.Hcy,vitamin B 12 and folic acid have similar effects in this respect.
