老年妇女病人围手术期处理64例分析

摘　　要：目的　探讨老年妇女病人围手术期处理及合并症防治。方法　对 6 0岁以上老年妇女病人 6 4例围手术期资料进行回顾性统计分析。结果　老年妇女容易合并高血压、心脏病及糖尿病。老年妇科手术疾病中生殖器良性肿瘤 2 3例 (35 93% ) ,恶性肿瘤 9例 (14 0 6 % ) ,子宫脱垂伴阴道壁膨出 30例 (4 6 87% )。 6 4例病人经手术治疗均安全度过围手术期。少数出现肺部感染、应激性溃疡、下肢静脉血栓等。结论　手术选择合理 ,术前准备充分 ,术中术后加强监护 ,大多数老年妇科病人都能恢复健康。Objective To investigate the management of senile gynecological patients during the perioperative period for the pervention and treatment of complications.Methods The data on the management in 64 gynecological patients over 60 years during the perioperative period were retrospectively analyzed.Results The senile women were easy to complicate with hypertension,heart diseases and diabetes mellitus.The diseases for which the senile women were operated on were:①32 cases of genital tumors(50%),of which 23 were benign ones accounting for 35.9%,and 9 were malignant,of 14.1%;②30 cases of prolapse of uterus and/or colpocele of the anterior and posterior walls of vagina accounting for 46.9%.All patients operated on went through the perioperative period smoothly and steadily excepta few patients suffering from pulmonary infection,stress ulcer of stomach and venous thrombosis of the lower extremity.Conclusion Early diagnosis on the basis of clinical features of gynecological diseases in senile individuals,proper choice of operation,adequate preoperative preparations and intensive perioperative monitoring facilitate recovery to their health.
