摘　　要：目的 :探讨老年糖尿病患者拒绝胰岛素治疗的相关因素并进行心理疏导。方法 :对 43例拒绝胰岛素治疗的老年糖尿病患者进行问卷调查。结果 :进行心理疏导后 ,患者都能主动配合治疗。结论 :对糖尿病患者进行心理疏导有助于让患者接受胰岛素治疗 ,对控制疾病 。Objective:To investigate for the reason about the senile diabetic mellitus(DM)patients' refusing insulin therapy and its psychological treatment Method: Undergo questionare over 43 cases insulin-refusing DM patients Result:They can accept insulin therapy after psychological treatment Conclusion:Psychological treatment can improve patients' cooperation and make them accept insulin therapy,improve their condition
