渴感减退糖尿病患者的饮水指导治疗

摘　　要：目的 :探讨渴感减退糖尿病患者饮水指导治疗的意义。方法 :35例Ⅱ型糖尿病患者有明显口渴多饮史 17例 ,无明显口渴多饮史 18例。对患者进行高渗盐水试验及渴感程度测试 ,按渴感程度分为渴感正常组 (A组 ) 2 0例 ,渴感减退组 (B组 ) 15例。对B组患者按尿量多少进行饮水指导治疗 ,观察B组患者指导治疗前后血钠、血浆渗透浓度的变化。结果 :有口渴多饮史的 17例均渴感正常 ,无口渴多饮史的 18例 3例渴感正常 ,15例渴感减退。B组患者饮水指导治疗前血钠 14 5 81± 4 78mmol/L ,血浆渗透浓度 2 98 87± 7 14mmol/L ,治疗后血钠 137 16± 3 87mmol/L ,血浆渗透浓度 2 84 2 3± 6 95mmol/L (P <0 0 0 1)。结论Objective:To investigate for the significance of water intake induction therapy on DM patients with alleviated thirsty sensation Method:17 cases show obvious thirsty history,18 cases show no this history;all undergo hyperbarric saline solution test and receive thirstiness measurement;Group A show normal thirsty sensation,20 cases;Group B show alleviated thirsty sensation,15 cases,group B receive water intake induction therapy and receive measurement about sodium concentration,plasm osmotic pressure Result:Group B have 3 cases who show normal thirsty sensation,other 15 cases show alleviated sensation;All have lower sodium concentration and osmotic pressure after induction therapy(P<0 001) Conclusion:DM patients with alleviated thirsty sensation should receive water intake induction therapy
