烧伤整形多功能支架的制作及临床应用研究

摘　　要：目的 :研究烧伤及整形术后 ,能促进静脉回流 ,减轻局部肿痛 ,利于患肢保持体位、暴露创面的医疗器械。方法 :设计并制作了烧伤整形多功能支架 ,并用于 379例患者。其中选择应用支架的四肢深Ⅱ度烧伤 4 0例与未用支架的深Ⅱ度烧伤 4 0例 ,观察消肿情况 ,用患肢周长缩减值进行比较。结果 :应用支架组消肿效果明显优于未用支架组 ,差异有显著性 (P <0 0 5 )。结论 :烧伤整形多功能支架利于静脉回流 ,减轻局部肿痛 ,保持患肢所需体位 (功能位或舒适体位 ) ,暴露创面 ,减少感染 。Objective:To investigate and search for an appliance improving veinous return,relieving local swelling and pain,helping maintaining needed posture and keeping wound surface exposed after plastic operation of the burns.Method:We have designed and manufactured multifunctional plastic holder,put it into clinical application for 40 cases deep Ⅱ° burns on extremities,with other 40 cases similar patients without holders as control.Result:Holder group show much better in relieving swelling than control group.Conclusion:Multifunctional plastic holder can improve veinous return,relieve local swelling and pain,maintain wounded limb in needed posture,keep wound exposure,reduce infection,easy for operating.
