摘 要:目前大型风力机偏航回转支承连接螺栓应力分析主要着眼于孤立螺栓和有限工况而忽略了扭矩,计算不够全面。为了更全面地分析螺栓的受力状况且得到较为合理的结果,提出了一种考虑所有螺栓、所有工况和多个载荷分量的综合分析方法,即基于VDI2230高强度螺栓计算方法,采用有限元软件ANSYS加入了一个虚拟连接螺栓,构建了偏航回转支承与主机舱座和塔顶法兰的连接螺栓的整体模型,利用BLADED软件遍历了所有工况的时序载荷,将最大合弯矩按大小和角度分别进行了一定数量的等分,考虑多个载荷分量对螺栓的作用,并由此得出了极限载荷工况,进而结合连接螺栓在不同等分载荷下的应力,使用分段线性插值方法,计算出了偏航回转支承连接螺栓的最大应力及其对应的位置,为螺栓连接设计和优化提供了参考依据。Currently the stress analysis of connecting bolt of yaw rotating bearing for large wind turbine is focused on single bolt and finite load cases, and neglected torque moment, hence the calculation is not comprehensive. In order to better analyze the bolt's status and get reasonable stress, a more comprehensive method considering all bolts, all load ca- ses and more load components is presented. Based on VDI22~0's calculation method of high duty bolted ~oints, combined with ANSYS and BLADED, maximum stress and corresponding position of wind turbine yaw bearing bolted connections is analyzed. By using ANSYS, a virtual bolt is added to the bolt connection, one full model including connection between main frame and yaw bearing and connection between yaw bearing and tower flange is established. By using BLADED, the resultant moments versus time is traversed. Then the maximum moments and its direction were equally divided by certain number respectively, hence the ultimate load cases are derived. According to the relationship between the moments and the bolt stress calculated in ANSYS,maximum bolt stress and its corresponding position of the yaw bearing bolted con- nections is calculated by using the piecewise linear interpolation method, which provides reference for design and optimization of the bolted connection.
