摘　　要：针对乳化液自动配比系统在AMEsim软件中进行了建模仿真研究。设计了一种采用电液比例技术的乳化液自动配比系统,并借助AMEsim软件对液压系统进行仿真研究,研究结果表明系统稳定可靠,所配制乳化液浓度可以较好的跟随输入信号,保持较高的精度。To study on the emulsion automatic preparation system, an emulsion automatic preparation system is designed which adoptes electro-hydraulic proportional technique, and analyzed the hydraulic system by simulation based on AMESim. The result indicats the concentration of emulsion can follow the input signal preferably and the system was steady, and the emulsion concentration kept a high precision.
