摘 要:根据实际使用情况利用ANSYS软件对自卸车车厢做了模态分析,得出前10阶固有频率,同时选取D、E、F三种道路路面等级,对自卸车进行了空载状态下的车厢激励响应分析,并与模态分析结果进行了对比分析,得到车厢在3种路面激励作用下最低响应频率高于自卸车车厢10阶模态下的最大固有频率,研究表明,该自卸车行驶在D、E、F三种等级路面不会发生共振。The modal analysis of the dump truck has been done in this article according to the practical usage. Then the ten natural frequencies were obtained. At the same time, the carriage's dynamic performance was studied on the D,E,F grade of road with empty station and compared to the modal analysis result, the results show that the lowest response frequency with the road surface excitation is higher than the natural frequency of the dump truck. Studies show that the dump truck doesn't resonate when it was driven on the D,E,F grade of road.
