摘　　要：针对目前极薄煤层刮板输送机面临装机功率小、配套适应性差、总体技术不成熟的问题，研制一种专门适用于煤层厚度在0．6～0．8m且高产高效的极薄煤层刮板输送机。通过对设计中关键问题进行综合分析．总结了极薄煤层刮板输送机的设计要点，并介绍了SGB630／200型极薄煤层刮板输送机的主要技术参数和结构特点，同时也为极薄煤层刮板输送机的研制提供了思路。To solve the problems of razor-thin coal seam scraper conveyor, which is facing the low installed power, the poor adaptability in matching and the overall technology is not mature, we develop a specifically applicable to coal seam thickness in 0.6-0.8m and high efficiency razor-thin seam scraper conveyor. Through the comprehensive analysis of the key problems in the design, this paper concludes the design key points of razor-thin coal seam of scraper conveyor, and introduces the main technical parameters and structural characteristics of SGB630/200 type razor-thin seam scraper conveyor. Meanwhile, it also provides ideas for developing razor-thin coal seam scraper conveyor.
