摘　　要：根据泵房自动化程度不高、人力投入较大的不足,从设备、管路与阀门方面对泵房进行了改造,使用了组态软件、PLC与传感器等技术实现了泵房远程监控系统,重点介绍了系统的构成与实现方法,系统实现了水泵的自动运转、故障报警与轮转工作,通过上位机完成泵房工况的监控,提高了井下水泵控制的自动化水平,保证了煤矿井下的安全生产。According to the pump room automation degree is not high, insufficient manpower larger, from the aspects of equipment, piping and valves on the pump room, using the configuration software and PLC and sensor technology has realized the remote monitoring system of pump house, mainly introduced the structure of the system and implementation method, the system has realized the automatic operation of the pump, fault alarm and the rotary work, complete pump room by the upper machine condition monitoring, to improve the automation level of the downhole pump control, ensure the safety of the coal mine production.
